Served as the primary bridge between non-technical clients and development teams across 24–40 weekly accounts. Translated vague client frustrations into specific UX requirements, often implementing design and layout changes live during client sessions so they could see improvements in real time.

Conducted qualitative research for Uber Freight, interviewing 10 drivers and presenting findings to 20+ stakeholders. Developed driver segmentation frameworks that informed product decisions.
